Words of Wisdom

As we were ending our celebration of fathers day yesterday, something rather funny happened with Hayden which sparked some fatherly words of wisdom from Jeff.
Hayden was being silly and somehow fell and hit his head on the brick wall of the house. He was crying and had a bit of a bump on his head. He was blaming the wall for hurting him and Jeff had these words of wisdom to offer him:
“son, you will lose everytime”
I hope I can come up with some words of wisdom that good to offer my children in the future! You never know when they might need some.

With our three kids, a little time is all you need. You should have a minimum of 5 opportunities by the end of the day and it’s almost 2 PM. You will get home around 4 PM and the kids go to be around 8 PM. You do the math.
oh yea , us moms come up with some good words of wisdom too sometimes. once when kristi was outside playing football she came in with a bloody face and scratches everywhere. i asked “what happened” she replied i was catching the football, my reply “it’s better to catch it with your hands.” last wise words i think i’ve spoken…………..
